Itinerary:

* If you’re late - please come find me on the stairs to confirm your attendance. We’ll be starting the event at 6:00pm SHARP because I don’t want anyone to wait at the bottom of the stairs and freeze their butts off ;)

* December 18th will be the last Stairs event I will be coordinating until mid-April ish. I'm going to have evening courses and won't be able to do both. Maybe another coordinator will take over!

HIKERS and BACKPACKERS, feel free to bring a pack similar in weight and size to what you would bring on a hike. Really, really good training for your hikes/backpacking trips or just to improve your overall stamina.

Route #1:
There are 167 steps (~40m) up the stairs (works the thighs a lot) and then walk down the bike path to catch our breath.

Route #2:
Speed walk up the bike path heading east and come down the stairs. Should feel it in the hips too if you go fast enough.

Required Items to Bring:
