Itinerary:
An affordable Ashtanga Yoga class for only $5 - it doesn't get better than that!

The class is 60 minutes from 2:30 - 3:30pm and is led by Tim Percival. Classes are $5 and 100% will be donated to charity. Food Bank donations are always accepted and appreciated. Suitable for all levels!

*Please meet me inside the classroom; I will be there by 2:15pm. I have a turquoise mat, blue contigo water bottle with orange top. Please check in with me after class. I will hang around for a few minutes after the class is finished.

Studio Etiquette:
Please remove footwear upon arrival. Latecomers will not be permitted into class, so please ensure you arrive early. You will have to fill out a quick waiver if it's the first time at the studio.

Once you have checked in to class, head to the change room and get changed. After you get changed, you can go in to the studio and find a place for your mat.
When you are in the room, please refrain from talking. It is asked that you leave your cell phone in the change room.

Required Items to Bring:

- Mat (or one can be rented for $2)
- Water bottle
- Comfy, light and breathable attire to practice yoga in (shorts or leggings with t-shirt or tank top)
