Itinerary:
I'm heading out to PLPP for a leisure xc-ski trip, trails are in good shape. This trip is best suited for anyone that wants to go out and ski for a few hours at their own pace. We start and finish at the Pocaterra hut. Everyone should be comfortable reading the trail maps found on the PLPP trails and orienting themselves.

Distance ~15-20 km

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take Hwy 1 west from Calgary, then Hwy 40 south into Kanananskis provincial park. Follow Hwy 40 to the winter gate, turn right and a short distance up on your left is the Pocaterra parking area.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $72.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
