Chris Espinel will be giving a presentation entitled "Introducing Talus Lodge: Calgary’s backyard” where he will showcase the natural beauty of Talus Lodge and the opportunities for members to attend.
Street parking is free and we can go for coffee afterwards! Talus Lodge is located in BC, Canada, in the Canadian Rockies close to the Alberta border Near Banff and the British Columbia/Alberta divide. Our private mountain lodge offers accommodations in the Summer and Winter. Enjoy backcountry alpine hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife and wilderness. Our remote lodge is only accessible by helicopter from Canmore (106 km or just over one hour drive from Calgary) or Mount Shark, Alberta, offering stunning aerial views of the Rocky Mountains. With a limit of up to 12 guests, the lodge is well suited for private and intimate gatherings in this unique corner of Canada’s Rockies. We offer catered and guided tours in both Summer and Winter seasons and would be pleased to facilitate your wedding, anniversary, special events, corporate retreats, or think tanks!
