Itinerary:
To begin Southern Flow, pedal across the Bragg Creek bridge from the West Bragg parking area. Ride up Ranger Summit, climbing to Ranger Summit. Take a break at the summit to recover from the lung and leg burn, before beginning to descend about 350 metres to the trail junction on your left. Follow Sugar Mama down a thrilling and fast descent to link up with Snagmore, once you pop out on Elbow Trail – Snagmore trailhead is located across Elbow Trail. Ride along Snagmore’s undulating singletrack, crossing Elbow Trail and Iron Springs in several sections along the way. Once you hit Boundary Ridge, you will climb for another two kilometres before you begin your last fun and flowy descent back to the start of the loop.

Watch out for oncoming traffic and give right of way to hikers and equestrians, when out riding in this area.
The pace will be relatively fast with short breaks and a lot of climbing, so the ride is best suited for strong intermediate to advanced riders.
After the ride, we will go to Bragg Creek for drinks / snacks.
