Hike Description:

The pace will be RELAXED with regular breaks to enjoy the scenery.

Molar Meadows/Pass is a great hike and hopefully will be carpeted with wildflowers. The hike will start from the Mosquito Creek parking lot off the Icefields Parkway (Highway 93) and head to Mosquito Creek campground, then over to the Molar Pass Junction. The elevation gain to Mosquito Creek and the Molar Pass junction will be fairly gradual. From the junction we'll head to the right and on up to Molar Pass. The last kilometre will steepen as we'll climb 150m to the pass.
