Pay your drop in fee ($7.00) directly to the
swimming pool upon arrival. We will start the
lane swim at 8:30 PM so please arrive early to
change. We will meet at the pool reception area
at 8:20 PM.
This is not a conditioning swim, just go at your own pace for as long as you can. The 50.00m pool is divided in half and so will be 25.00 meters in length. This is not an aerobic/aquasize class nor is it a beginner swim lesson. You must be able to swim at least 2 lengths continuous. For about 1,000 meters, you will be swimming for close to 30-40 minutes (If you wish, bring your flippers - grab a float board or pullbuoy - do drills)... working on cardio and endurance. | |||||||
