Itinerary:

• This trip is a multi-day event (Feb 14 to 16, 2015) with overnight accommodation required.

• You must be an intermediate plus skier, capable of skiing black runs to attend this event.

• We will drive to Lake Louise early Saturday morning, Feb 14, 2015 or if you choose, Kickling Horse. After skiing Lake Louise or Kicking Horse for the day, we will drive straight to Golden, BC from the hill and stay overnight and ski Kicking Horse on Sunday, Feb 15, 2015. After skiing Kicking Horse for the day, we will drive straight to Revelstoke and stay one night (Feb 15, 2015) to enjoy a full day of skiing on the best ski hill in Canada! We will then depart for our drive back to Calgary after skiing on Monday, Feb 16, 2015. Weather and highways permitting, we expect to be back in Calgary around 11pm MST. Please note this weekend is a long weekend (Family Day holiday) for Albertans.

• There will not be a requirement to ski as a group, however it is strongly recommended you always ski with a buddy from the group. We will meet together in the morning before we begin skiing and after skiing at the end of the day, at an agreed upon location.

• No out-of-bound skiing is permitted.

• We will be staying at the Ponderosa Motor Inn in Golden, BC for one night and at the Revelstoke Gateway Inn in Revelstoke, BC for one night. Five non-smoking rooms for two (with 2 queen beds in each room), are currently booked by the coordinators. Total cost tax included for two night’s accommodation is $217.36 per room (or $108.68 per individual guest) with continental breakfast included each morning. If you see someone you would like to room with, please send Lorrie an email or give her a call.

• Payment to the coordinator will be required to secure your spot in the group. Cancellations will only be accepted up to Feb 11, 2015. Afterwards, you will be responsible for finding a replacement to obtain a refund of your pre- payment. Should you need to cancel, please notify the coordinator immediately so that alternate accommodation plans can be made for your roommate. Since this is a multi-day trip requiring accommodation, if you cancel within 48 hours of departure, you may be marked as a no show.

• Please contact the coordinator (Lorrie) by phone 403-689-3105 or email: lorriewz@telus.net to arrange payment for your accommodations by 6:00 pm Feb 11, 2015.

• Lift tickets can be purchased at Costco, at the ski hills or by using your Lake Louise and RCR discount cards.

• Food is extra so please factor this cost into the trip when deciding to join. There are plenty of restaurants to dine at in both Golden and Revelstoke. The rooms booked in Revelstoke are equipped with a microwave, fridge and free Wi-Fi.

• Departure is on Saturday Feb 14, 2015 at 7:00 am. We will be meeting at the Shouldice arena, by the batting cages. Since this is a multi-day trip, you will not be allowed to leave your car there, so please make any necessary arrangements to get to the arena without your vehicle if you are not driving (I will be contacting the drivers ahead of time and letting everyone know). Please arrive early so that we can get the cars loaded for departure by 7:00 am.

• We will be arriving back at the Shouldice arena in Calgary late evening on Monday, Feb 16, 2015. If you are not driving, don't forget to arrange a way for you to get back home on Monday night unless arrangements have been made in advance with your driver to drop you off at home.
