Itinerary:
Pay your drop in fee ($6.00) directly to the swimming pool upon arrival. We will start the lane swim at 8:00 PM so please arrive early to change. We will meet at the pool reception area at 7:50 PM.

This is not a conditioning swim, just go at your own pace for as long as you can. The pool is 18.25 meters in length.

This is not an aerobic/aquasize class nor is it a beginner swim lesson. You must be able to swim at least 2 lengths continuous. For about 1,000 meters, you will be swimming for close to 30-40 minutes (If you wish, bring your flippers - grab a float board or pullbuoy - do drills)... working on cardio and endurance.

Notes:
If you wish to track your COC Swim on your iPhone, download Speedo Fit - Swim Fitness by Active in Time Ltd.

Speedo Fit is a free fitness app that’s tailor-made for swimmers. You can easily set and reach goals, track swims, join challenges, and find pools near you. Start making every swim count.

Please note as an individual COC coordinator, I am recommending the use of this app based upon my own experience. (The COC does not officially endorse any particular apps.)
