We will be doing a series of 30 second fast uphill sprints at the asphalt ramp by the timber stairs near the Calgary Curling Club. We will be doing this as a group, however everybody is welcome to go at their own pace. All fitness levels are welcome at this event. This is ideal for runners and hikers. | |||||||

Memorial Dr & approx 3th St NW (We meet at the Base of the Stairs) There is a parking lot east of the Curling Club (not the one belonging to the club).
Access from Memorial Drive, the meeting point
is located at the bottom of the stairs across
from Prince's Island
Park, north side of Memorial.
