Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $114.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.

Notes:
Two campsites for 4 people have been booked. I have a friend to bring along, so only one campsite left.

You will need to have your own tent and willing to share it with another COC member. However, if more eligible COC members sign up, I might book additional campsite.

(Important!!!) To sign up for this event, you must NOT in my other Floe lake backpacking group. You Must have attended two COC mountain events before. If you think you can handle this condensed, ultimate backpacking trip, sign up AND email me if you are coming solo or with a friend, what kind of tent do you have (i.e. one person or two people tent etc), we will not have shared gear for this event except tent, so you will need to be self sufficient bringing your own small stove for boiling water etc.

All people signed up will be moved to waiting list first. If you need more info about the trip, please do not hesitate to email me. :) The speed for this trip will be mostly be steady when going up hill, or moderate when walking flat surface. Slow when going down steep hill. We will stay as a group.

A deposit will be required for this trip carpool cost plus $15 = $35 payable through email transfer. Detail will be given if you have confirmed to come with us. Absolutely no refund unless there is another suitable COC member to replace you. Your event organizer has not been to this area. If weather is bad for both days, objectives most likely will NOT be changed. However, if the Tumbling Creek bridge is not repaired by the time we are there (it is likely will be repaired by Sept per Park Canada, we will have to change our objectives.
