Itinerary: | |||||||
Autumn is here and the colours along the Elbow
River Pathway will be a spectacular sight. We will meet at the Parking Lot at the Sam Livingstone Fish Hatchery and bike along the Elbow River Pathway at a moderate pace to Sandy Beach Park and if we have enough energy, bike up the hill, over the Glenmore Dam, past Heritage Park and cycle Heritage Landing. After that we will turn around and bike back along the Elbow River Pathway to the Sam Livingstone Fish Hatchery Parking Lot.

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Sam Livingstone Fish Hatchery - Just off
Blackfoot
Trail about 400m West of the Deerfoot ramps, take
a
right (North) at the lights (at big, new condos)
and go 250m straight to the large parking area.
Pretty good chance some people will end up at The Blues Can or The Hose for some apres ride rehydrating. The whole trip will be about 30 Km if we go all the way to Glenmore Landing. The path is mostly flat except for the Hill at Sandy Beach Park to the Glenmore Dam.
