The purpose of this meeting is to determine interest in a XC ski and/or snow shoe to Elk Lakes Cabin on December 12 - 13. We will also discuss the possibility of some conditioning ski/snowshoe events in the run up to the overnighter.

This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable overnight ski experiences and I am looking forward to sharing it with you! If you cannot attend this meeting, but are still interested in going, please contact me directly.

Distance: 9 km each way
Elevation: +200 m then -200 m

We will get up early on December 12 and carpool to the ElK Pass Parking lot and ski or snowshoe to the Elk Lake Cabin where we will stay overnight and then ski back out in the morning. Everyone will pack their own lunches and we will organize a potluck dinner the week prior to the event.

Cost: $50 per person, max 14 people.
