Itinerary:
The plan is to ski up the Mountain Road until it starts to get steep (about 3-4 km), then turn around and ski back. There is one very short but slightly steep hill just across the bridge, the rest of the elevation gain is very moderate. The trails may or may not be track set. If you're sort of new to XC sking, this is a good way to get started.

You should have at least attended a clinic on how to XC Ski or can fake it.

Our pace will be slow. Advanced skiers are welcome but be prepared to assist the newbies. If you just want to come and do your own thing, find another event that is closer to your needs.

Equipment can be rented from MEC 403-269 2420 or UofC Outdoor Center 403-220 5038
