Join me for a Sunday morning sprint! It is not often that conditions are good enough in the city so let' take advantage of it while we can. Shaganappi golf course has some decent enough trails which offer some good exercise. This event is open to all levels. I will enjoy a good sprint myself. If conditions do not appear acceptable I propose to ski Bragg Creek; anyone is welcome to join me for lunch afterwards
