This is an open event - you can walk or run - whatever you feel like - everyone is free to go as far and as fast as they want. Go at your own pace and just enjoy being outside.

We can have brunch at 1600-Bier Haus after if you wish. The menu includes vegetarian and gluten free dishes. You can join us just for breakfast also - just let me know so I can save you a spot.

Glenmore Landing - located at the corner of 14th Street and 90th Avenue SW - Shopping center has a Safeway, Starbucks and McDonalds. We'll meet at the Running Room Store near Safeway.
