Itinerary:
Simply Theatre presents 'Inherit the Wind' by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee At the Victor Mitchell (aka Pumphouse) Theatre.

One of the most outstanding dramas of our time, INHERIT THE WIND is as rousing and relevant today as it was in 1955. Two legal titans confront each other in a small-town courtroom with the eyes of an entire nation upon them. The accused? A high school teacher. His crime? Teaching evolution. Loosely based on the real-life Scopes Monkey Trial, INHERIT THE WIND is an edge-of-your-seat legal drama and a riveting look at the age-old conflict between science and faith.

Award winning actors Greg Spielman and Dorin McIntosh will lead the large cast playing Matthew Harrison Brady and Henry Drummond loosely based on William Jennings Bryan and Clarence Darrow the rival attorneys in the Scopes Monkey Trial.

As I will be acting in this performance, I will not be able to meet with everyone prior to the show. However, once we regroup after the show, I will be able to give participants a special 'behind the scenes' look at how this play was created and the opportunity to engage the director and creative cast and crew. in a special 'Q & A' after the show.
