The COC invites you to experience the Great Outdoors as seen through the eyes of our most adventurous members. Also, learn what it takes to become more active and stay active by avoiding injury.

Raihan Khan will present his perspective on his group's 2+ week backpack trip through Iceland, from Reykjavik to Thorsmork. Enjoy unearthly views of big glaciers and numerous cone shaped volcanoes as Raihan tells the story of backcountry adventure!

Dr Edward Crawford and Dr Colin Johnston will speak about how to avoid injury while participating in winter sports this season. You can read about their backgrounds here!
