Please Note: · We're out to enjoy the day and event duration may vary. Don't be in a rush to get back to the city. · Snowshoes and microspikes/icers are required as we don't know if there'l be enough snow to snowshoe, but would likely encounter some ice.
Distance: 12km The trail begins at the Galatea parking lot and follows Galatea Creek up the valley to Lillian Lake. The trail crosses the creek several times using bridges. Note that we will not be going past Lillian Lake as that would get into avalanche terrain. The trail up to Lillian Lake is rates as Simple/Class 1 terrain.
