This will be my Second XC ski this season and we will be taking it easy. Participants should know how to ski and be familiar with their equipment.

Required Items to Bring:
- All cross-country equipment and wax kit.
- Lunch, snacks, water
- Extra layers of clothing
- Day pack

Recommended Items to Bring:

From Calgary, take Hwy 22 south to Bragg Creek. Before the 4-way stop in Bragg Creek turn right (Balsam Ave). Take Balsam Ave for ~500 meters to T-intersection. Left onto Centre Ave (turns into Township Road 232). 10km until West Bragg Creek trailhead. Parking lot on the right hand (North) side of the road.

Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $22.50 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Thursday, April 18, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
