* NOTE - Greater Bragg Creek Trails Association requests that only fatbiking (tires greater than 3.7 inches)are used when trails are snow covered or soft and easily damaged *

With all the recent snow it will be too deep for regular mountain bike tires!

Forecast is 0 for Saturday so the trails should not get too soft. Snow might still be too deep in some places though.

We will chose trails at the time and ride whatever trails appear to be in the best shape. The plan is for about 2-3 hours of moderate riding.

There is no carpool, but may be able to connect people if needed via email.

Required Items to Bring:
  • Helmet (Mandatory)
  • Water & Snacks for the ride
  • Bike Specific multi-tool with chain breaker
  • Spare Piece of Chain OR Quick-Link Chain
  • Spare Tube, Air Pump & Tire Levers
  • Clothing appropriate for the event & weather/trail conditions

How to Get There:
Event Directions:
  1. Hwy 22 south to Bragg Creek.
  2. Before the 4-way stop in Bragg Creek turn right (Balsam Ave).
  3. Balsam Ave for ~500 meters to T- intersection.
  4. Left onto Centre Ave (turns into Township Road 232).
  5. 10km until West Bragg Creek trail head.
  6. Parking lot on the right hand (North) side of the road if there is room, other wise on the road.
