NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS , but for those who possess some skill and can serve, set, and maybe spike. Our objective is to enjoy a fun but competitive evening of volleyball, and to strive for three hits.

The international volleyball rules allow for:

  • the ball to be hit with any part of the body
  • the net serve
  • an expanded serve area
  • certain "double hits".

- DO NOT BAIL AT THE LAST MINUTE. Thank you for your consideration.
- Arrive on time (arrive by 6:45pm - Play begins at 7:00pm sharp) and be prepared to play until 9:00pm.
- Wear proper athletic gym attire and NO street shoes.

If you sign up and then cannot attend, please be respectful of those on the wait list and remove your name promptly.

Required Items to Bring:
- $10 per person for court rental (exact change is appreciated) DO NOT PAY AT THE FRONT DESK
- indoor gym shoes
- NO jeans or street clothes please
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- water bottle
- knee pads
- combination lock for locker
- $$ for drinks & snacks afterwards

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From Deerfoot Trail coming from the North going sound bound:
Stay on the right 2 lanes to take exit 251 for Barlow Trail S toward Peigan Trail E 1.0 km
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Peigan Trail SE (signs for Peigan Tr E) 1.7 km
Turn right onto 36 St SE S 300 m
Continue on 46 Ave SE to your destination 2 min (1.1 km) (Right Hand side Industrial Strip)

Coming from the South On Deerfoot North:
Follow Deerfoot Trail/AB-2 N to Barlow Trail SE S. Take exit 251 from Deerfoot Trail/AB-2 N 10 min (17.6 km)
Merge onto Deerfoot Trail/AB-2 N 17.3 km
Take exit 251 for Barlow Trail S/Peigan Trail E 300 m
Take 50 Ave SE to your destination 5 min (3.6 km)
Turn right onto Barlow Trail SE S 750 m
Turn left at the 1st cross street onto 50 Ave SE 2.6 km
Turn left onto 47 St SE 240 m
Turn left at 48 Ave SE Destination will be on the left
