Itinerary:
Distance: Approximately 8 km. We will be going at a slow pace. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 hours.

We will meet in the Edworthy Park parking lot on the NORTH side of the Bow River by Angel's Cafe. We will head east and walk along the paved pathway along the Bow River. We will cross to the south side of the river on the pedestrian bridge under Crowchild Trail. We will return to the parking lot on the Bow River paved pathway on the south side of the river.

Note: The Douglas Fir Trail is currently closed to the public.


Required Items to Bring:
- Good waterproof walking or hiking shoes
- Outerwear for variable conditions
Recommended Items to Bring:

- Ice traction for possible slippery sections
- Money for possible coffee at Angel's afterwards

How to Get There:
Event Directions:We will meet on the NORTH side of the river by Angel's Cafe.

There is a footbridge over the Bow River connecting the north and south sides of Edworthy Park near Angel's Cafe, so you can park on either side.
