Itinerary:
We'll meet at the pathway between McDonald's and 1600 Bier Hause and walk (or run at your own pace) out about 1/2 hour then come. back. Coffee after in optional. If you are bringing your 4 legged buddy, ensure they are on a leash at all times and in control - don't forget the poop bags!


Required Items to Bring:
- Proper running shoes (no cross trainers)
- Clothing appropriate for the weather: rain, snow or shine.

Event Directions:Meet at the start of the pathway between MacDonald's and 1600 Bier Hause at Glenmore Landing on the corner of 14 Street SW and 90 Ave SW.
