This is a great opportunity for COC members to step up as volunteers at the Banff Pow Wow on June 24, 2017. Events like this help build our understanding of indigenous culture and art – something that is quite rich but not finding as much prominence in mainstream Canadian society.

Once you have signed up as a volunteer for the Pow Wow, please sign up here on the COC page so we know how many COC’ers are contributing.

I will be there for the clean-up (2hrs from 10pm) but rest of the day will be floating around with my camera. Anyone wanting to connect can text me at 403-701-1230.

I am not organizing a carpool given the different hours of volunteer shifts. If anyone needs a ride, we can trade emails between each other and figure out. I can help coordinate that.
