Itinerary:
Hike in Fish Creek Park West End SW. We will be going at a moderate pace with a few optional boot camp drills for extra cardio. PLEASE NOTE: There are no stops planned and we will be hiking through some narrow uneven wooded areas. Please plan to arrive a couple of minutes before departure time as we leave on time. We'll meet in the Voltiers Flats parking lot of Fish Creek Park which is at the end of Elbow Drive SW. If you wish to take transit, the #3 bus takes you right into the park.

Required Items to Bring:
Weather appropriate clothing and adequate footwear for some backcountry trails.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Canyon Meadows: Drive all the way down Elbow Drive. You'll end up in the parking lot of the park (Votiers Flats). We'll meet right beside the bus stop.
