Description: PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE GOING BEYOND THE MOUNT BALDY SUMMIT DESCRIBED IN ALAN KANE'S "SCRAMBLES IN THE CANADIAN ROCKIES".

The circuit takes us across 3 summits. The first summit is similar in difficulty to Yamnuska or Heart – just a very short tricky section. A section between the first & second summit and the last bit up to the third summit is more difficult. After the second summit we will assess the group's ability to continue on to the third summit or not. For those who wish, you may relax after the second summit and enjoy the views while the rest of the group scramble the third summit and return. The entire group will then descend together via the gully. The pace of the event will be moderate but not fast.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT IF YOU HAVE TO BE BACK IN CALGARY AT A SPECIFIC TIME.

Please contact either coordinator if you are unsure of your ability to do this trip. Also, please note the list of required equipment. In particular, EVERYONE MUST BRING A ROCK HELMET.
