With the Perseid Meteor show peaking this Sat night and the warm days, it is the perfect time for a cool night ride and meteor viewing from the top of Merlin.

We will start in the new WBC parking lot at 8:00 pm and plan to ride Telephone Loop, up Reconnect to Long Distance. Then up Merlin where we will stop to enjoy the meteor shower (clear skies permitting). We'll finish Merlin and head back to the parking lot. Slower rides can choose a shorter route if desired

The weather man is calling for +31 on Sat with clear skies so we will stop at Merlin for as long as the group wants to. Bring a warmer jacket and some pants for this to avoid getting cold.

We'll BBQ post ride or head to the Saloon if it is still open.

Required Items to Bring:
- LIGHTS, LIGHTS, LIGHTS
- Mountain Bike, well maintained
- Helmet **NO EXCEPTIONS**
- Snacks and water
- Warm clothing

West to Bragg Creek. Through town, across the bridge. Left turn toward WBC. Look for cars are the west end of the parking lot.
