Itinerary:
The plan is to start off at Eau Claire market and head out along the Bow River, going west. You pick your discipline, distance, and pace. (Feel free to bike, walk or run)

We'll meet back at the Barley Mill around 11:30 for brunch. Tim and I have appointments to donate blood at 1:00 (inside Eau Claire) Please consider making an appt yourself at 1 888 2 DONATE (1-888-236- 6283).

You can sign up for just the run/bike/walk, just the brunch, or just the blood donation. Or any combination of the above.

Please indicate in the notes when you register, as we need to ensure we fill up the 10 blood donation spots.
