Itinerary:
Dr. Edward Crawford, M.Chiro of Optimum Wellness will be giving a presentation about how to avoid winter sports injuries by discussing the most common kinds of injuries suffered while skiing, skating, snowboarding as well as others.

Winter is the second highest time for reported injuries within Canada. The majority of these being from falls and overexertion. This probably doesn't surprise you. Will this stop you from going out and enjoying your sports this winter? Probably not. By joining us for this talk we will discuss the nature of these injuries and how the body recovers from injury. With proper preparation we can help keep you active all winter long.
