Itinerary:
We just went here on Saturday and the conditions are FABULOUS!. And it's 15 minutes closer than Peter Lougheed.

We will do a couple loops within the huge trail system there. I strongly recommend Balsam Link and Death Valley Loop. Especially with the forecast calling for a little more snow, it will be a blast. There are no avalanche areas within this park (in the area we're skiing at least).

Much of it is generally track set but after the snow on Saturday not sure if it will be freshly re-set. Light touring skis would not be out of place but skinny skis would still be able to do it.

This may be a little more remote ski though the trails are generally Green and Blue. Weather forecast is Mainly Sunny and only -8C.

Potentially a stop for a snack after. (Black Diamond Hotel anyone.. , hmm).

Full disclosure: Gord won't be there, I just got called into a last minute work project so will be thinking of you while I'm at the Christina Lake SAGD plant. Rick will be fresh back from Mexico and will be happy to show off his tan.
