Itinerary:
Current snow depth at Sunshine is 155 cm (back bowls). Weather forecast is about 9C.

This trip is intended for all levels of skiers and boarders. We'll do one or two warmup runs together, and then break off into similar-ability groups for the rest of the day.

We will leave from Valley Recycle Depot at 8:00 am

Please arrive 5 mins early (not too early please). DO NOT be late. If you are going to be late, call Mark at 403-512-7979 so that we can make arrangement to wait/not wait for you.

We are gathering on the SECOND FLOOR of the Creekside Pub (restaurant beside the gondola at the base of the mountain) at 9:30am in order to take the gondola up.

We'll have lunch at about 12:30 pm. You don't have to be with the group for lunch. You may continue skiing or have lunch somewhere else.

At the end of the day, we are gathering on the FIRST FLOOR of the Creekside Pub at 4:30 to 5:00pm pm at the base of the mountain before leaving the hill together at 5:15pm. Anyone wishing to have an apre-ski drink at the Creekside pub before returning to Calgary is encouraged to go early but be ready to leave the hill for Calgary at 5:15pm. Lifts are open until 4:30 pm so please do not expect to be back in Calgary before 7:00pm

Adult lift ticket price is $106.00 + GST. If you have the Sunshine discount card, you will get a discount off the base lift ticket price. You may also purchase lift tickets in a 2-pack at Costco for $168.99

A basic ski/snowboard rental package is $47+GST for sport performance gear, $63+GST for high performance gear. It is strongly recommended that you rent gears from Sports Rent in Montgomerry as it typically is less expensive than on the hill and can be picked up early in the morning or the evening before. You can mention COC and get 10% discount

REMINDER to let us know if you can drive so we know how many drivers are required. If you would like to drive, please indicate how many people you can take (including yourself and ski/boarding gear).
