-If weather changes-this event will get canceled.

Come and try out this seldom visited area on this beautiful sunny Wednesday. This is an 'EASY SCRAMBLE".

The first ~350m of elevation gain are through boulders in the creekbed. Past the junction it turns to nice black soil, and after you pass table rock. From the pass it will be an Easy scramble to the top.

Please note this is an exploratory outing-please allow for route finding since your coordinator has never done this one.

#####So MaNY BEARS are out everywhere right now, please bring your bear spray.####

PACE:
Please note that this is NOT an outing for SPEED Demon's OR if you are an advanced hiker who insists on a fast pace.We will be hiking Moderate pace on gentler grades and at a SLOWER pace on steeper terrain , and take Several Short breaks to enjoy the views and take pictures-so to sum this up-Relaxed pace. If you're not sure about this outing, feel free to contact the coordinator and remember to always hike within your ability in order to be able to keep up with the group. If you have not hiked before or recently hiked with , it is highly recommended that you start with lower elevations and build up from there.

++++PLEASE be sure you are confident in your ability to cover the stated distance and elevation, since we are NOT turning back.++++

******* Note that COC event coordinators are volunteers and are NOT trained guides. All participants are responsible for their OWN safety and equipment. *******
