Do not be in a rush to get back To Calgary- return time may vary. We are out to enjoy the day and explore.

Just over the Highwood Pass a nice hike through meadows and forests to the three pickle jar lakes nestled in overpowering surroundings. Grizzlies love this area.

Please note that this is not a speed demon's hike(getting to the top in record time) nor is it for very slowpokes, we will be hiking at a Moderate Pace on flat areas and at a Relaxed Pace on steeper terrain going up. If you are NOT willing to follow this pace, and do Not stay with the group, pls do not sign up. If you're not sure about a hike, feel free to contact the coordinator and remember to always hike within your ability in order to be able to keep up with the group. If you have not hiked in the mountains before nor recently hiked with 400M+, this hike is not for you.

Required Items to Bring:
-Appropriate footware and pack (PLS ensure your PACK is big enough to include extras -- a small water hydration bike pack that only fits your water hydration pack and small lunch is too small...one should always be ready for the unexpected)
