PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Once you've reviewed the event details, and decided you'd like to join us, you MUST sign up at the bottom of this page.For some events a payment may be required. Payment is not made directly to COC - please review event details fully for information about if and how you will be required to make payment.

The Blood Run is back! The plan is to start off at Eau Claire market and head out along the Bow River, going west. You pick your discipline, distance, and pace. (Feel free to bike, walk or run)

We'll meet back at the Barley Mill around 11 for brunch.

At 12:00, we walk over to the Canadian Blood Services where they will gladly take our blood and offer us juice and cookies afterwards:)

You can sign up for just the run/bike/walk, just the brunch, or just the blood donation. Or any combination of the 3.

Please indicate in the notes when you register, as we need to ensure we fill up the blood donation spots.
