This event is for hikers who have recently completed some events with similar distance, elevation and pace.
We will stick together & take time to enjoy the views.
We are out to enjoy the day, event duration may vary. If you have evening plans it is best not to sign up for this event.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Event Directions: Take the Trans Canada Hwy west from Calgary for approximately 70km, then turn south on Hwy 40 for approximately 50km (to where the gate is). Turn right onto Kananaskis Lakes Trail and follow the signs to the Upper Lake Parking Lot.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $79.50 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
