Itinerary:
Every year, I go to Revelstoke to shred some powder. You may have guessed...it's my favourite ski resort. They have the longest vertical drop (1713m) of all the ski resorts in North America, unlimited glades skiing, tons of powder - so much of it that we usually have to ski with our snorkels on the Snorkel Glades (my favourite run). They also have the best snow conditions in North America (IMHO) especially in January and February.

This time, I will open the event to COC members. It's free for premier members and volunteers but $3 for regular members.

Plan:
Friday night: We leave Calgary early (at 5:00 pm). We want to be in Revelstoke at the latest 11:00 pm. I have made reservation at The Cube hotel for 16.
Saturday: Shred some powder. We will spilt the group to save time.
Saturday night: Chef Nicolas (my son) will cook a meal for us. He will charge us the cost of the meal + $5 / person for his newly acquired skill (2nd year culinary school at SAIT). Total estimated cost is around $15. We should be able to include some appetizers and salad. You can opt. out if you wish to bring your own dinner.
Overnight: BIG snow dump on the mountain (promised!).
Sunday morning: Shred some more powder at Revelstoke. After skiing on Sunday, we drive back to Calgary. We should be back in Calgary around 10:00 p.m.

Total cost will be around $170. This includes accommodation, dinner and car pool. I usually send out the cost breakdown a day or two after the event.

After you sign up, you will have 24 hours to email transfer half the amount ($85). The hotel will charge us the full amount 2 weeks prior to January 10th. Therefore, after December 20th, the deposit will be non- refundable unless we find a replacement for your spot. If you don't send the money after 24 hours, I will remove your name from the list and allow someone else to sign up.
