Itinerary:
We tried this a week or so ago and ended up driving back to town in the rain. The forecast looks better so who wants to try an evening at Jumpingpound Loop again?

A sweet and super-fast singletrack for (almost) all levels of rider. This trail has a very moderate gradient with little elevation gain; not very common for Kananaskis Country. It may be ridden clockwise or counterclockwise. The fast and flowy singletrack can be taken at speed for the more advanced rider, while beginners will appreciate the little elevation gain and the rolling nature of this track. There are a number of river/creek crossings over wooden man-made bridges.
Distance: 9.4km Elevation gain: 248m

Slower intermediate riders are welcome, however you must have some previous mountain biking experience to come on this ride and show up with a real mountain bike.No Wal-Mart or Canadian tire bikes.
We'll be riding at a relaxed pace so you don't need to be an expert or a speed demon, and we'll go clockwise around the loop. Trail conditions seem to indicate it has mostly dried out except for a couple spots.

NOTE: there is no cell service at the event so if there are any problems please call before carpool time.
