Covid Notice: 1) Have you travelled in the last 14 days? 2) Are you showing any symptoms, been in contact with a confirmed case, or been tested positive at all? 3) Have you read and understood the current restrictions that are club policy during the COVID-19 situation? Please answer these questions in the comments section during the sign-up process, in addition to signing the waiver. Your coordinator has been instructed to remove you from the event if you do not answer or comply with these questions. Failure to follow the guidelines could result in you being evicted from the event even after it has commenced. Your coordinator has this discretion and you could be reported to the club if you create problems. The COC is attempting to keep all members safe and asks for your respect during these difficult times. If you do not wish to follow these temporary restrictions you should not sign up but are welcome to continue after the restrictions have been removed.
This section of highway 40 is closed to motorized vehicles until
June 15, all we have to watch out for are cyclists and animals.
Lots of opportunity to maintain that physical distancing.
The entire trip is described below and all will ride out until no
later
than 4:00pm at which time you must turn around and return to
the
vehicles. If you don't make it all the way to the end, then
where
you are at 4:00pm *is* the end.

This will be a go at your own pace event so all riders from beginner to advanced are welcome. Just watch the clock for the turn around time.
Advanced riders can ride further down the South side if 17km
isn't
far enough AND IF the road is clear. Turn around is still
4:00pm.
But hey, you get 2 downhills!
