Itinerary:
Have you travelled in the last 14 days? Are you showing any symptoms, been in contact with a confirmed case, or been tested positive at all? Have you read and understood the current restrictions that are club policy during the COVID-19 situation?

Please answer these questions in the comments or medical section during the sign up process, in addition to signing the waiver. Your coordinator has been instructed to remove you from the event if you do not answer or comply with these questions. Failure to follow the guidelines could result in you being evicted from the event even after it has commenced. Your co ordinator has this discretion and you could be reported to the club if you create problems. The COC is attempting to keep all members safe and asks for your respect during these difficult times. If you do not wish to follow these temporary restrictions you should not sign up but are welcome to continue after the restrictions have been removed.

This ride should be slightly above the 40 km mark at an average pace of 20km/h. Please make sure you can sustain this pace before signing up. Elevation changes should be about 200 meters according to Strava, so not much uphills..

The ride will start at the small parking lot near TELUS Spark. (see directions below) We will proceed North on the Nose Creek pathway then West through Queen's Park Cemetary, Confederation Park, Canmore Park and the University of Calgary Campus where we will link to the Bow river pathway and make our way towards Inglewood and the Harvie passage.

I'll make sure to stop and regroup whenever there's a chance that a rider may take a wrong turn. There will be a few short breaks and near the end of the ride, we will make a pit stop at the popular Inglewood Drive-in to grab a $1 soft ice cream cone and/or food to be enjoyed by the river at the nearby Harvie passage. You don't need to buy anything of course.
After relaxing by the river, we will return to our vehicles/starting point.
