Itinerary:
Paul Shipman, an author from Winnipeg, is introducing his new book, Feast on Adventure.

Feast on Adventure is a book that instructs on making "just-add-water" meals, which meet the "one- pot- meal" recommendations under the Leave-No-Trace ethos. These meals are lightweight, delicious, and easy to prep in the field.

Paul's presentation will remain focused on tips and tricks for making your own "just-add-water" meals for outdoor activities. The presentation will be about one hour, and then there will be time for a brief Q&A.

As an added bonus to COC members, Paul will offer the book at a discount to attendees.
