Itinerary:

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS: Participation in this event is conditional upon attendee compliance with the following restrictions: If you have COVID-19, COVID-19-like symptoms, or may have COVID-19 due to a recent exposure, you are expected to withdraw from this event and stay home. We will be more than happy to see you at another event once it is considered safe for you to do so! Failure to comply with this requirement may result in removal from this event and/or future events.

To ski at Revelstoke Ski Resort, you must be fully vaccinated, and masks (not buffs or neck warmers) must be worn at all times while inside buildings, and on the gondola. Please visit Revelstoke Ski Resort for more information.

It's this time of the year again - Our annual Revelstoke ski trip. You probably already know this - Revelstoke is one of my favourite ski resort. They have the longest vertical drop (1713m) of all the ski resorts in North America, unlimited glades skiing, tons of powder - so much of it that we usually have to ski with our snorkels on the Snorkel Glades (my favourite run). They also have the best snow conditions in North America (IMHO) especially in January and February.

Plan:
Thursday night: We leave Calgary as early as possible (not later than 5:00 pm). We want to be in Revelstoke at the latest 11:00 pm. We are staying at The Cube Hotel but you can book your own accommodation if you wish.
We ski Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
We leave Revelstoke on Sunday after skiing. We usually get home quite late - around midnight.
Total cost for accommodation will be about $170. Exact cost will depend on how many nights you choose to stay and how many people share a room.
After you sign up, you will have 24 hours to email transfer $100 as a deposit. The deposit will be non- refundable unless we find a replacement for your spot. If you don't send the money after 24 hours, I will remove your name from the list and allow someone else to sign up.

Because of Covid, car pooling is not encouraged. However, due to the treacherous road from Calgary to Revelstoke, some of us will be car pooling. We can share details later.


Required Items to Bring:

*Proof of vaccination / Negative Covid test results (w/in 72 hrs) and photo ID
*Mask(s)(spare dry ones!)
$ for ski lift tickets, car pool, food.

$ for lift ticket. Day lift ticket is $139. Two days: $268 and three days: $377. TIP: You can use your Sunshine Super Card at Revelstoke.

Member Cost:$170.00/Person
Cost Includes:3 nights accommodations. The Cube has single and bunk beds therefore we won't have to share beds. However, we usually share rooms.
Make a Payment:Although there is a cost for this event, you do not pay through the COC. Please review the event details carefully for information about how/where to make your payment.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
*Note: You can book your own accommodation if you wish. You can also decide to ski one day, two days or all three days. Up to you! If you book your own accommodation, you don't need to e-transfer money and you can cancel from the event anytime.
