Itinerary:
Some Sunday exercise, trail report is good but the weather forecast looks a bit warmer than I would like. We will do Moose Loop counter clock wise or whatever we decide on the day. Some moderate ascents and descents. No carpooling due to COVID, so let’s meet just outside the warming hut at 9:45 sharp AND we depart 10 a.m. sharp. With the mild weather the parking lot will fill up fast so do plan to secure a parking by 9:30. I will be wearing a ball cap; Event is about 2 - 3 hours; This event is open to anybody.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS: Participation in this event is conditional upon attendee compliance with the following restrictions: If you have COVID-19, COVID-19-like symptoms, or may have COVID-19 due to a recent exposure, you are expected to withdraw from this event and stay home. We will be more than happy to see you at another event once it is considered safe for you to do so! Failure to comply with this requirement may result in removal from this event and/or future events.

CARPOOL: Carpooling is allowed, but only for attendees who arrange it for themselves. We will meet before leaving town, and those of you who wish to carpool are free to organize yourselves. The club looks forward to resuming "normal" carpooling in the near future.

See our COVID-19 Policy for complete information.

Saturday exercise, trail report is good and the weather forecast is balmy, so no excuse!! We will do Moose Loop counter clock wise. Some moderate ascents and descents. No carpooling due to COVID, so let’s meet just outside the warming hut at 10: 30 A.M. sharp. I will be wearing a blue ball cap; This event is open to anybody.

Required Items to Bring:
- All cross-country equipment and wax kit. people often over dress. For this weather, I suggest a very light jacket over a marino wool top. Dressing down means you perspire less. And I "never" wear a backpack, preferring a waist pouch (fanny pack)
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Sunglasses + water

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From Calgary, take Hwy 22 south to Bragg Creek. Before the 4- way stop in Bragg Creek turn right (Balsam Ave). Take Balsam Ave for ~500 meters to T-intersection. Left onto Centre Ave (turns into Township Road 232). 10km until West Bragg Creek trailhead. Parking lot on the right hand (North) side of the road.
