For those of you who would like to maintain your fitness level and enjoy a brisk evening walk please join me.

The Douglas Fir Trail traverses the escarpment above the Bow River, east of Edworthy Park. This is a short but reasonably strenuous trail walk with lots of ups and downs via stairs. We will walk at a moderately brisk pace of 5 km/hr each way.
We will meet on the NORTH side of the river at Angel's Cafe parking lot just off of Memorial Drive.

We will walk east, do the hike one way and return the same way. Total distance is 8.5 km return.
