Itinerary:
Distance: ~10 KM
Elevation gain: ~200 M

This is a fairly easy hike with moderate elevation gain. Starting at the same parking lot and trail as Fullerton, we will veer off onto Elbow trail and follow it to the north end of Snagmore trail. There's some mucky sections on Elbow which should still be frozen in the morning.
Snagmore loops around and back through forest with some nice lookouts over the surrounding area. Eventually, it parallels the Elbow River on its way back to the trailhead. We'll have a chance to see the movie set just across the river during our hike. Note that this is a multi-use trail, so we'll watch out for bikes and horses.
We will stop for lunch at a viewpoint along this trail.

Be aware that the trails may be snowy and icy in spots. Microspikes or similar may be a good thing to have with you.

For those meeting at the event, we will meet at the trail sign near the washrooms.

NOTE: you must have a Kananaskis Park Pass to park at Fullerton parking lot.
