This is a challenging hike. Proper hiking footwear required!

We will be hiking at a moderate pace, allowing for breaks as needed along the steeper terrain.

Wasootch Ridge offers an interesting series of climbs and decents. The ascents are persistent up a long ridge on the east side of Kananaskis Valley. Once on top of the ridge you'll get 360 degree views all around. We will turn around at the cairn where the trail is flat and not extend the hike to the final scrambly bit.

Please keep in mind posted 'event durations' are estimates only.
