Super slowpoke Trail Run. We'll be traipsing the south end of the Weaselhead trails amongst the rolling hills and getting a bit of a workout in. Pace will not be fast at about between 6km/h average. Stops for chats, photos usual interruptions. Terrain is rolling hills. It'll be quick and huffy. Expect mud puddles etc. Dress for breathability with speedy footwear. Boots would be clunky.
