I am RV camping at Tunnel Mountain Trailer Court. You might also consider car camping at my site or find your own.

Distance: About 15 kms round trip
Elevation Gain: ??? m

The trails may include Banff Avenue, Coastline, Teddybear Picnic, The Toe, Hoodoos, Surprise Corner, Water Tower...options will be subject to conditions and rider skill level. Though I want some good cardio, the event will not be overly aggressive. The Toe is my max, no Star Wars for me. Sorry.
The pace will be steady, with regular water breaks. Rides starting and ending at my campsite. If you are super eager this could well be a beginner ride.

Required Items to Bring:
Helmut, well serviced MTB
food / snacks can be kept cool in my RV fridge.
appropriate clothing
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
tool kit, spare tube
Bear Spray
lawn chair
sunscreen and sunglasses

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take first turn off into Banff. Turn left onto Tunnel Mountain Road immediately after the cattleguard. Continue past Tunnel Mountain Village 1. The next right is the main entry and check-in office. Passing the check-in office, Village II is on the left and the Trail Court on the right. That's me. I have a site at Tunnel Mountain Trailer Court. Exact site number will be given to attendees.

***There will be no carpool for this event, however members are welcome to coordinate carpooling from the city with one-another if they wish. The coordinator will not be coordinating member transportation.***
