DISTANCE: 7.5 km
ELEVATION GAIN: Approx. 170m
PACE: FAST & STEADY

Fast walk. Mid Week Exerciser. NOT a leisurely walk.

Expect Ice/Snow on the trail.
- Bring a flashlight (or try walking in the moonlight)
- Bring Microspikes/Cleats
Off pavement trail has minimal technical difficulty, mostly small rolling hills. Evening exerciser. We'll be moving quick 5 to 6km/hr, it will be a quicky. Goal is to do it as close to 1 hour as possible.

Dress for breathability. We'll be working up a sweat. No Denim Clothing including Jeans. Make sure your footwear is suitable for snowy/icy trails.

We'll stick together as a group. Lots of stops for chats and photos and such but mainly to catch our breath.
Event Directions:
Go west on 90 Ave SW, go past the parking lot with the water park. Its the parking lot west after that.


Required Items to Bring:
- Microspikes or similar. It will be icy
- trail footwear
- layered clothing for variable weather conditions
