Itinerary:
We will be taking a full day (~5hrs) group lesson offered by Julie Walker formerly from the Norseman Ski School, but now with her own company 'Full Circle Adventures'.


Hill Techniques - Whether you are a new skier or you have been skiing a long time, learning safe up and down hill techniques, will help you to ski with confidence and have more fun! Gain skills for different snow conditions by learning how to gain control of your skis on the hills. This is a Full Day group lesson.

- Rentals are available at the Norseman Ski Shop - if needing, please pick up ahead of time - not on the day.
Rental XC-Ski packages prices: - Beginners XC-Ski package for 1 day (24 hours) - $21.00 + GST - Demo (advance) XC-Ski package for 1 day (24 hours) - $25.00 + GST No booking—first come, first served! Please note:
- We need a minimum of 2 people to have this event a go.


Required Items to Bring:
- Your cheerfulness & great attitude
- Skis, ski boots, poles, wax
- Water (1 - 2 litres)
- Dress in non-cotton layers
- Snacks and lunch
- Toque, gloves/mitts, neck warmer

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take Hwy 1 west towards the mountains to Hwy 40. Go south on Hwy 40 for approx. 27 km. Follow directions to the Kananaskis Village parking lot.


NOTE: As of June 1, 2021, you will need a Kananaskis Conservation Pass to attend this event. Please see the Alberta Parks website for more information: Kananaskis Conservation Pass

Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.

*Note: If for any reason you cancel and cannot make this event - you are responsible for finding a replacement. This event will only be rescheduled if conditions/weather is poor.
